What is counselling?
Counselling is a talking therapy that allows you to discuss your problems and any difficult feelings you encounter in a safe, confidential environment. It is an opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings and put them back in order so you are able to make any changes needed.
I have an integrated approach which means that I use different theories and believe that no two clients or their problems are ever the same, therefore, my sessions are client led and I work at your pace.
How can counselling help me?
We start with your current situation and together will explore your past to identify any patterns of learned behaviour, suppressed emotions or self-defeating behaviours and then look to the future and where you want to be, and work together on a plan for a brighter future.
